The Lark House will function as both Clark & Co's office headquarters and the event space. We appreciate your excitement and interest and know you all have many questions!

When can I book my wedding or event?
Our primary goal is to ensure we only accept bookings when we know the building will be fully complete. We anticipate our grand opening winter of 2025, and allowing bookings for winter of 2025 starting in the fall of 2024. We can't guarantee this timeline until we are further in the build process. We encourage you to sign up for our monthly newsletter and follow us on Instagram for behind the scenes and updates!

How much do you charge and what is included?
Stay tuned! We have done extensive research understanding the market and will present out services, packages, amenities, policies etc.

Do I have to hire an event planner to plan my event?
